2007 will be fondly remembered as the year that Glyn Nott dominated, at least in the “Big” races. Glyn was a strong runner at NBIS all season long but when the major races came, he either won them or drove the eventual winner crazy with his challanges. He won the two race Liteco-Firecracker event, made a last lap pass on corner four to win the O’Leary Pontiac 150, finished a strong second in the River Glade International and had strong finishes in the Fall Championships at Shediac and the Riverside 150 in Antigonish.
Glyn is a military man who never forgot those that were fighting overseas and dedicated his season to them. He is definately a very fitting winner of the “Driver of the Year” award.
