Avondale Speedway September 20th                    more

Long time race competitor Darrell Ford took a nasty hit to the wall in Modified Practice on Sunday afternoon. He had to go to the hospital where he required surgery to his left wrist. It was broken in two places I believe and required a plate to help correct the problem. Please join me in wishing Darrell a speedy recovery. Darrell helps out at the track a lot more than people may realize. He has been instrumental in keeping the track up to "par" for the last three years now. A lot of times working behind the scenes, and or by himself to make sure the track was safe for all competitors, crews, and especially fans. Again, Best Wishes out to Darrell and thank you for all you've done for Oyster Bed Speedway.
